Who are the others? Can you be more specific?
Yeah know, if you wanted to engage me in polite conversation about the church, like I WANTED TO DO, and had any interest at all in cwald and my story...why the hell didn't you do it over at MDDB when you had the chance? Instead of just sitting on their thumbs while I got the crap kicked out of me for being a "wolf in sheep clothing" for merely having a different perspective...and for being a "cyber bully." Remember that? I got accused of cyber bullying Eray and Selek. OMG! The nerve of you people. I don't get you guys. Please go away.

Here's the problem with MDD:
1. Believers are allowed to disparage and attack questioners and unbelievers. 2. "Board nannying" is verboten. 3. Ergo, if you complain about someone else's nastiness, you are the one who gets punished/suspended/banned.
It would be nice once in a while for someone on the pro-Mormon side to stand up against the bullies and the sociopaths over there. Not going to happen. Certainly why me won't do it.

Yeah, that pretty sums up my experience.

William Schyver was board banned not too long ago, But no doubt scott gordon, juliann reynolds, wade englund, paharon the kiwi, etc...all grabbed their pitch forcks, tar&feathers, and told who ever band william that the banning was a sure sign of apostacy and thus they bullied to allow a bully back in.

Many of these people know each other personally from the FAIR conference. True, they have their disagreements and bannings but friendship Trump's the banning after some time. We are one big happy family over there.
I intend to lay a foundation that will revolutionize the whole world. Joseph Smith We are “to feed the hungry, to clothe the naked, to provide for the widow, to dry up the tear of the orphan, to comfort the afflicted, whether in this church, or in any other, or in no church at all…” Joseph Smith

Friendship Trump's banning only if you are a believer. I have a lot of friends over on MDD, but I've been banned for years. The only unbeliever I've ever known of who was unbanned is Kevin Graham, and that's because he defended Juliann when people were trashing her. How long did that last?

please be quiet.
what you are saying is that Rules are made to be enforced against those who can not drop the right names.
The MDD moderator wrote you this message on the Dehlin thread after you criticized Cal:
Cal is one of the most consistently courteous posters here. Cool your jets and stop derailing threads with strings of whiny complaints or you aren't going to last long.
As you can see you were coming across a little whinny and you were derailing threads. Learning the ropes can take some time. You weren't there for that long.

No, but it is common sense. Friends are friends and many travel in the same circles. Sure they cross the line sometime and need to be reigned in. But if they meet each other at a meeting, conference, fireside, bygones will be bygones.
At least that is my take on it. One big happy family.

This just shows that Calmoriah is one of the protected posters there. I've seen her say some pretty nasty and condemning things to different people over the years. But even if she were a saintly figure, how do you explain Pahoran's free rein over there?
What we have here, why me, is simply a group at MDD that sees bad behavior only when others do it. That you are one of them doesn't help your cause.
