Harmony, ain't that the truth of it. Sigh....
I guess I never did make a good obedient member. I was happy to babysit when I was 14/15 and maybe even 16. But at the age of 23 I was not about to spend my evenings babysitting for church sisters, much to their chagrin that I wasn't helping in the Lord's work.

The most amazing point to me is that the Make work Genealogy is still being done.
I have been a sealer who has on several occasion used the term "legal and lawful wife of XX who is dead" and "female child of XX who is dead'. If we can use associated identities why not just say "all those born from 1650 and died by 1750 in the village of XX who are dead", etc. and get this BULLSH*T over with? Then instead of building air warehouses the Mormon could spend their donated funds on the poor.

No we don't, we have agency to choose and I choose not to clean the Chapel whilst the Church is spending millions and millions of dollars on a glorified shopping centre in Salt Lake City.
"Harrrumph" said the member, walking off with a frown.
No one here would point out that you didn't show up. They would, however, make another check mark in the negative column, should your son ever want to date their daughter.
I would steer my son as far away from Mormon girls as I could. It would be a good thing that he was blacklisted and forced to date non-members. He would thank me later.
