Because that might the most on-target dagger to pierce DCP's ego yet.
It is unchristlike not to love DCP with all your heart, might, mind, and strength. Whyme is astounded and dumbfounded because of the disbelief in his golden calf.
Here is a teaspoon for you Whyme: The church of Jesus Christ of latterday saints doesent want to be associated with the likes of you! Another: DCP and the goons have just been publicly undressed as the clowns they are.
The Lord is cleansing the inner vessel.
About Joseph Smith.. How do you think his persona was influenced by being the storyteller since childhood? Mastering the art of going pale, changing his voice, and mesmerizing his audience.. How do you think he was influenced by keeping secrets and lying for his wife and the church members for decades?
Kettle meet pot. Do catholics need to show christlike behavior too? If so, you and your taliban friends need to be more christlike toward the LDS chuch on your catholic board. Just saying Mr. Pot.
I intend to lay a foundation that will revolutionize the whole world. Joseph Smith We are “to feed the hungry, to clothe the naked, to provide for the widow, to dry up the tear of the orphan, to comfort the afflicted, whether in this church, or in any other, or in no church at all…” Joseph Smith

On this board, your tone has not been the most christlike. Now of course, I have no idea what a christlike tone should be. But heck, the critics keep bringing this up to score points, and so, I will ask you: have you been christlike on this board? And of course, the exmormons do not have to be. They can now act devil like in their posts.

You did not answer her question. How is pointing out that no one cares about apologetics in the real world and un-Christlike statement?

Again, stick with the subject at hand.
We aren't talking about Catholics. I am not sure why you think I am Catholic, other than the fact I saw you make a HUGE fool out of yourself over at CAF. Something I see you are so proud of you're continuing it over here....LOL.
You have never answered the question that has been posed to you on countless occasions.
What makes you the authority on Christlike behavior compared to anyone else?
I sure never saw you come down on DCP for not exhibiting Christlike behavior, and his comments were much worse than anything I've said.

My fondness for Dan notwithstanding, he would be appalled at what you're suggesting. But seriously... I like the guy, and because of that, I've been telling him to moderate his tone for years. He wouldn't listen. Note to Dan: you should have listened to harmony, even though harmony, like everyone else on this board, isn't real to you.
(Nevo, Jan 23) And the Melchizedek Priesthood may not have been restored until the summer of 1830, several months after the organization of the Church.
It's easy to see why DCP and Hamblin are going after Dehlin. Dehlin is a safe target. The target of their ire should really be this Anonymous GA who came in and squashed the Dehlin paper and probably got the ball rolling on DCP's firing, but we all know who butters their bread, so they say very little about the GA. Also notice how Hamblin and DCP's rhetoric against Bradford has virtually ceased. Some higher up at BYU probably warned them to stop throwing Bradford and the MI under the bus. So that just leaves Dehlin, who is probably the least responsible in this fiasco other than politely voicing a concern, but he's a safe target for these clowns.

+1
I recall the early comments Hamblin and others made on MDDB after the Dehlin piece got pulled. They were wildly insubordinate of the leaders of the LDS Church involved in the affair. I believe they deleted these comments, but they were quoted on this board, If I recall correctly.
