Do I really, Ray? I am pretty flexible about what a real Mormon is: whoever wants to consider themselves one. That was a definition I came up with around the year 2000. I have never deviated from it.
I guess in our half a decade or more of association you managed to miss that. And you still do.
But, yes, I do think there is a difference between accusations of apostasy in print from BYU campus and banter on message boards. Only a fool would think otherwise.

I haven't canvased them all, Ray. Would I be shocked to hear a faithful Mormon use the term if he thought others were gushing a little too much about the prophet? No. Not at all. I heard such criticisms among good LDS folk all my life. I don't hold it against them. Do you?

Perhaps the Dalai Lama is a Mormon? Under your definition - he could be.

But it was just announced that this will no longer occur. And FARMS/MI will now have to act independently.
Are you happy? No, I don't think so. You'll use every means in you to completely eradicate any Mormon defenses which challenge your worldviews. I know you believe it's all a "myth" anyway, so why would your campaign stop at "officialdom"?
I see no need for such a site. Time is better spent living the gospel during the week such as family life, callings, business, conservative activism, and needling and harassing anti Mormons of course.
Kishkumen wrote: I would imagine that is none of your damned business.
Then why do you make it your damned business to judge other Mormons?
Ray, why do you make it your damned business to derail threads and judge everyone else who posts on this board? Seriously Ray, you are a buzz kill. Obviously you are vehemently opposed to the content and tone of this board. Why do you subject yourself to this? Life is too short, go live it instead of wasting all your energy moping around on this site and following people like Kishkumen around the board waiting for him to comment just so you can whine your disagreements to him and let him know that you think he is a douchebag.
You know Ray, I hate Country Music, so I don't listen to it. Its that simple. You seem like the type of guy that if you hated Country music you would listen to it as loudly and often as possible. You would load your iPod with Country and then whine that you hate listening to it without ever realizing the simple solution to your problem is within your control.

If he wants to be, I say let him be so. It is not I who would stand in his way. Would you?

You're not fooling me, Kishkumen.
LOL. No, Ray. I am very happy to see that FARMS/MI smears of members of the LDS Church will not be published from BYU campus any longer. So happy! Thanks for adding sunshine to my day by reminding me to relish this wonderful development. I don't think I have savored it quite enough yet.
Anyhow, I am glad I am not fooling you. I don't need to. You have fooled yourself, and refuse to be disabused of your dark fantasies.

That's the spirit, bcspace.
See, Ray?

This site has to be a parody. Maybe these guys live in a box and haven't noticed that KSL, Des News,Daily Universe, Church News, Ensign, New Era, and various and sundry bloggernacle blogs already do a good job of letting everyone know where and what Monson is up to.

Oh, I don't think so. Young Bryce strikes me as a very earnest fellow.
