The law has already gone into effect and provides for no state oversight regarding curriculum or educational standards.

I've been waiting for something like this to happen.

There's a school district in or near Detroit that is majority Muslim. I think there is one in Paterson, New Jersey that is pretty close. If there was prayer in those schools they would not be directed to the Evangelical Protestant God.

I think the majority of that legislature will get past this error of not specifying that Christian schools be the sole recipients for receiving these private vouchers. After all, it will still be in furtherance of the ultimate goal of segregation.
