City Creek Center filed a civil lawsuit against Big Sal's on Thursday in 3rd District Court, alleging that the specialty salad shop has violated the terms of its lease by failing to pay rent, taxes, maintenance and insurance costs and other fees
Wouldn't it be easier to have one of the Fifteen or maybe even Tommy "Let's Eat Some Pie" Monson (if he's not to busy dedicating a Chuck E Cheese Restaurant that is opening somewhere in Utah) just raise their Right Hand to the Square and Evict them, thus saving court time and legal fees?
