Just call me paranoid. The thought of sleeping around freaks me out because I believe I have the kind of luck that I would get an STD even with protection. I'm not naïve...just overwhelmingly cautious I suppose.

I think the problem is that people who assume that all gays are pedophiles and vice versa are usually so unwilling to confront the complexity of human sexual behavior (or indeed to think about human sexual behavior at all) that they cannot face the idea that a desire to molest sexually young people of the same sex over whom one has power is not necessarily linked to the kind of same-sex attraction that makes people declare themselves gay.

I really don't think pedophelia is in the same category as heterosexuality or homosexuality.

I don't consider their sexually abusive experiences to be even in the same realm or cateogry as their adult on adult relations and experiences.
