Nemesis tries his hand at humor

I'm a little perturbed by the obsessive list posted by Nemesis. I've never seen him post specifically about this board except for his further (creepy) obsessive thread found in the Neighborhood Watch.

If I were ever actually uncomfortable because of someone's oddities this would be one of them. However, I'm not and I think it is just silly.

14. Due to our high traffic start a new ultra private board where only the people I like are invited.

I find it interesting that Nemesis mentioned Geeks in his tirade. LOL

He did, however, go about comparing "apples to oranges", which is typical for him.

My creation of Geeks had nothing whatsoever to do with traffic at MDB. There is also the fact that I am not the key board administrator for MDB....Shades is.

If my board were really being compared correctly, it would have had to have been created by Shades.

He did get the part about my only admitting people I like right, though.

Since Geeks is a private board, I see nothing ethically wrong with that. It is the same concept as inviting guests to a work party. There are many work parties that have strict rules around only inviting people within the organization.

It should also be noted that there are people who I like who I have NOT invited to Geeks. It has nothing to do with how I feel about them personally. It has to do with how I choose the temperment and atmosphere of my board to be.

Remember those two guys in Junior High who made a big deal that they were gonna fight after school.
About fifty kids end up following them off school property and they dance around and pound on each other a little bit. Everybody is convinced that these two must be the coolest ever. Of course they end up best of friends.

Naw. That ain't gonna happen here. Nevermind.
