If you have the right equipment, you can bounce a signal off the reflectors left behind by Apollo astronauts. They did it on Mythbusters and the Big Bang Theory. If anyone really wanted to know the truth, NASA gave skeptics testable evidence. But I have a feeling the moon landing conspiracy people don't really want to know the truth. Conspiracy theories are much funner.

Exactly, that was the first thing that came to my mind.

I haven't been over there in a while other but the last time was after I actually defended the site owner from attacks at MADB. We may not see eye to eye on some things but some at MADB were calling him an anti-Mormon which isn't true. He's active LDS.

MDDB is picking fights with another forum now too? How do they figure that LDSFF is anti-mormon?

I know that the wingnuts over there would never be convinced by scientific evidence that the lunar landings actually occurred, but what if they were confronted with official church publications indicating that the lunar landings occurred? Would it make their heads explode?

Well, actually, it was kind of my fault...

Brian, the site owner of LDSFF started a podcast with another fellow, Ezra called Mormon Chronicle. In one of the episodes they said that apologists are in apostasy. I thought it would be interesting to get a response from some apologists and see if maybe there was some agreed upon middle ground between these two vastly different approaches to Mormonism. I didn't think it would be too hard since both are active, attending groups of TBMs. I was wrong.

MDDB seems to be offline or I'd link to the thread. It was called Apologetics & Anti-Mormons and I started it in May 2011.

The LDS Freedom Forum is "primarily" populated by a bunch of Liberals who are partially conservative. They are Neo-conservatives, nuts who believe many of the false and off the wall things of Alex Jones, 9/11 was an inside job, anti-conservatives such as Romney, Michelle Malkin, some anti-mormon views, etc.

There are a small number of those who are actual conservatives who are bashed by the majority there. Droopy and BCspace and I are more conservative, not as liberal as far as I've seen as they.

They are mostly libertarian, but I don't even really consider them that. Because a true libertarian is still conservative but only a couple of issues they might be more liberal. A libertarian doesn't attack conservatives, doesn't believe in many liberal ideology's, conspiracy theory's, etc. Most there are people who are like half conservative and half liberal, half Mormon and half anti-mormon.

They are the fringe nuts of mormondom, which is too bad.

I don't think you know what a libertarian is.
