You have shown no proof! Are you referring to the Catholic church Mittens? I heard the Catholics on TV stating that Christ set up His kingdom when He was upon the earth, and I agree with that! Their problem is that they can not explain why it had to be set up again in the last days as Daniel prophesied. It was set up in the days of the "iron legs" - the Roman empire (see Daniel chapter 2), but then it had to be restored again in the last days, the days of the "feet of part iron and part clay"!

Good call. The color alone would rule out that girl from Goldfinger.

Drifting, yes, that's what I believe. If you ever see a literal beast coming up out of the sea with seven heads, please let me know as soon as possible.

Let's start with an easy one.
Where are the Nephite horses...

That's easy. They are dead. Their bones will be found intermingled with human remains in the great battlefields described as the last battles between the nephites and the lamanites. And though Laban died so that the descendants of father Lehi might not dwindle in unbelief, they did anyway.
It is better to be a warrior in a garden, than a gardener at war.

Some of us, on the other hand, actually prefer a religion that includes some type of correlation with reality.

Now, if you could explain why, ever since Joseph pinpointed the Hill Cumorah in New York State the apologists have been trying to prove him wrong...

Shoot, you keep lobbing me softballs.

That is because mopologist are either: stupid, nucking futs, or disingenuous. Take your pick or combination.

There should be the bones of millions and a few horses in the vicinity of that hill. You are just not looking hard enough.

As usual the critics and anti's are proven wrong again with their false claims. Of course, there were horses on this continent prior to the arrival of the Spanish explorers, and furthermore new evidence confirms this! Mittens, your comments will be proven wrong also. Google Alan Miner's article entitled, "Horses in the Book of Mormon."

From your reference:
"According to Hunter and Ferguson, the claim made by the Book of Mormon that horses were on this continent and used in ancient America for purposes similar to the uses we make of them today finds strong support in the numerous fossil remains of horses that have been obtained from the asphalt deposits of Rancho La Brea in southern California. Of course, it is claimed that those fossil remains pre-date Book of Mormon times. However, there is no logical reason for believing, since horses were here prior to the arrival of the Jaredites and the Nephites, that horses could not have still been in America during the period in which those ancient civilizations flourished."

Using this type of logic one wonders why Dinosaurs are not mentioned in the Book of Mormon...
