Can LDS get that taken down? It is copyrighted material.

As with many take down notices, the Church could file one with YouTube, Noah then could challeglnge the take down and YouTube would have to allow the video to remain on YouTube....Noahs challenge though has to include his real name and address which is then shared with the party claiming copyright infringement.

Also, it doesn't matter. Some Redditers already seeded a torrent of it, so it's forever embedded in the world's networked memory, with or without Youtube.

No. Most people do not want to view someone's religious faith's sacred ceremony. And this is not the most exciting video. However, for such people who are like people on this board who get excitement about such things, they may watch it and mock it. I think that the bitter angry exmormon internet crowd will be happy. But...most of the world does not care.

Well, I don't know but here is what I do know: the witnesses who left the church still bore their testimonies on their deathbeds. Why? Here is my guess: they wanted to make it right before god. Their experience changed their lives and even though they had falling outs with Joseph, they still knew that their experience could not be denied. And if they got it all wrong about Joseph, they at least bore their testimony about the Book of Mormon again before meeting their maker.

And noah? Well, if he ever believes in the church again, he will have the unique distinction of placing an endowment video for all to see on the web. How he would deal with that is anyone's guess.

Not to mention how he may deal with his wife etc in the present knowing what he did.

Are you saying the necessity of handshakes etc is not literal and they wont form part of the entry criteria to the CK?

Have you ever watched a wedding ceremony on youtube? Or a wedding reception? a Mass or church service ? It can be boring. But when it was happening it wasn't boring at all. One was in the moment.
