Uh-huh. He's right, you know. I found the doctrinal basis for his claim. Here it is, so you all don't have to go find it.

16 And now, if your joy will be great with one soul that you have brought unto me into the kingdom of my Father, how great will be your joy if you should apostatize and your criticisms shall induce many to seek out and join with the Mormons!
I can see the endless Celestial joygasm now at my opinions influence so many fellow homo sapiens to go seek out and join with the Mormons. I can hardly wait! Oh, actually, I can hardly wait. Preferably for quite some time. ;-)
Mormonism ceased being a compelling topic for me when I finally came to terms with its transformation from a personality cult into a combination of a real estate company, a SuperPac, and Westboro Baptist Church. - Kishkumen

And where do you stand that offers you anything other than an anecdotal viewpoint?
bcspace is a wannabe Church authority, who stands outside of the Church's official position on most items concerning Doctrine and believes all Mormon's should be Democrats if they wish to retain their Temple Recommends. He also does not believe in a literal flood but does believe the doctrine on blacks and the Priesthood and polygamy has never changed and remains doctrinal today.

Bcspace, do you actually believe this? I became an unbeliever in 2002. I stopped attending church in 2006. Is it your belief that I have never in my life paid tithes and offerings?
Or perhaps you phrased it poorly. At any rate, you seem to know something about the tithing habits of unbelievers. Tell me, given the timetable above, at what point did I stop paying tithes and offerings—if I ever had paid them at all, I mean?
I roughly calculate that I gave six figures to the church in tithing, offerings and other donations. If I live to be an average age, the church will have lost out on $300-$400k.

It was less than one day in Marriot Hotel Budapest, for a temple president couple from Germany - paid by the church. We visited with them there. (He and his wife are our private acquaintance. When they were tourists in Hungary, we used to search the hostel for them. 25$ per day.)

There is the cost of losing oarsmen and having the boat drift to the right side. We then are forced to paddle endlessly in circles.
