This is great, with a little "knowledge" Mormons can inform Bill that he can have "ALL" the women he could every need FOREVER! and then he will be in Mormon Jesus' power.

Yeah, but that's really not enforced these days. I have been on many Stake High Councils where even for third offenses we only Disfellowshiped the Male offender and certainly only Admonished the Sister. Too many never come back if we Excommunicated them.
