Scenario 1: Let her go. There is no "law" about not dating before 16 (unless you've made it a "law" for your family, which means you can change it). A group date with a "very nice young man" should be a good experience for her. If she feels guilty for going on a date at 15 or otherwise has a negative experience, then that will be a good lesson for her. If she doesn't feel guilty or have a bad experience, then good for her.

Scenario 2: Hire a sitter if it's that important. Or have the game night at your house. Or go to the game night after the church activity. Sheesh.

Scenario 3: If you're an adult, go with your "significant other" to their family's house for Thangsgiving. Tell your mother you will both be with her for the next Thanksgiving if she can learn to like your SO. At some point, your mother needs to learn about priorities and boundaries.

Scenario 4: Put gas in the car on Saturday, refill on Sunday if needed. Pack the meals; stop to eat if needed. Try to avoid avoidable sabbath breaking activities, but even General Authorities travel on Sundays.
