MDD (MAD) board expressions that bug

"Your lack of comprehension is showing."

"Oh, what? Are you a mind reader now?"

There is literally nothing in this world that bugs me more than those two statements. The funny thing is, you always know when someone has been defending the faith on yonder board when you hear them say it here.
Oh for shame, how the mortals put the blame on us gods, for they say evils come from us, but it is they, rather, who by their own recklessness win sorrow beyond what is given... Zeus (1178 BC)

The Holy Sacrament.

"You're asking the wrong question."
"We don't have all the facts."
"We don't really understand what happened back then."
"Any over-ritualized religion since the dawn of time can make its priests say yes, we know, it is rotten, and hard luck, but just do as we say, keep at the ritual, stick it out, give us your money and you'll end up with the angels in heaven for evermore."

Sounds like an inviting place.

"upon closer examination,..." as the lead in to why a Mopologist then rejects past Mormon teaching as having been just 'talking as men' even if it came as an official pronouncement or in other publication from the FP/12/COB.

"what in the world would lead you to think..." as a dismissive phrase suggesting that the person addressed has just pulled his or her comment or observation out of thin air, to support or justify some hidden agenda.

"CFR"

I just find it ironic that as speculative as the topics are there, "CFR" is thrown around more than anywhere I've ever seen. In fact, I don't see it anywhere else. Like other common statements coming from there, it is a tell as to who is posting.
Being a Christian is not the result of an ethical choice or a lofty idea, but the encounter with an event, a person, which gives life a new horizon and a decisive direction -Pope Benedict XVI

I'm surprised this phrase isn't used more often:
