They can always excavate nine layers of hell underneath the MTC. Sounds like a perfect way to house all those 18 year olds.

The church did the right thing and i am glad they came to their senses. But, you are correct, they played the almighty "revelation" card and it makes them look like fools. Although forever, eternal, and unchanging Mormon God has never had a problem changing his mind.
If God wasn't so preoccupied telling his mouthpiece that they needed to build some dorms for the missionaries, maybe he would have had time to give a heads up about our Libyan ambassador who was yanked out of his home, sodomized, and murdered in cold blood over a stupid youtube clip. I am glad Mormon God has his priorities straight.

I'm thinking Jesus mall messed up their budgeting.
Imagine all the wasted money.

Wow, this really turns around a research project i had going. This could indicate a serious blow to the SCMC.
Yeah, the TBMs in Provo really fought this and the leaders were listening, but all of a sudden the SCMC jumped in and screwed everybody, forced the matter and the citizens gave in, fearing excommunication.
The fact the Lord would strike this building down as he did the Tower of Babel of old is promising.
