You apparently don't realize it but you've just lost another argument.
Nothing is going to startle us more when we pass through the veil to the other side than to realize how well we know our Father [in Heaven] and how familiar his face is to us

I am so old that I can remember when most of the people promoting race hate were white.
And nice going Jason, we can always count on you to exercise your capacity for skepticism, whenever the source hails from the Left. The fact that no one on the Right is challenging this is evidence that it is true. But who needs evidence.
Hey Kevin
Get a grip dude. You are as much a liberal left wing hack as you accuse so many others to be right wing hacks. And many of your sources are have as much as a left wing agenda that you rant about Fox News having to the right. Can you say Huffington Post? You think you are unbiased and balanced? Far from it.
My comment was a comment in passing and simply that. I looked for the transcript of the interview that I heard. I could not find it. I could have heard it wrong. Apparently I did. It was listening to CNN on XM while driving my car. So pardon me all to hell.
Oh and by the way just so you know I can criticize both sides of things, I do think Romney's mouthing off the day of the attack was wrong and totally politically motivated. The republicans hammering about this now is as well. I have no doubt were the roles reversed the democrats would be doing the same.
Seems like Kevin Graham, living abroad as he does, has forgotten how the US Congress works. Democrats in the Senate would have had to sign off on this which in fact they did after compromising a little higher. For this to have even the remotest chance of being partly the Republican's fault, the Democrats would have had to fight tooth and nail for an increase in such funding which they did not. The fact of the matter is that the Obama Admin ignored some warnings and they ignored the actual situation on the ground which was that this is still a war zone with a new and unstable government in transition. They've not learned the lessons of history; recent.

So keeping three more guards there and sending more to Tripoli would have changed things?
As soon as you concern yourself with the 'good' and 'bad' of your fellows, you create an opening in your heart for maliciousness to enter. Testing, competing with, and criticizing others weaken and defeat you. - O'Sensei
[quote="Droopy"]The core problem with this entire manufactured "gotcha" assault on the wascally Republicans is that, although the Republicans did cut embassy security by 331 million in 2012, inadequate funding is not the reason given why the State Department refused repeated requests for additional security over a matter of months.
Chaffetz (R-Utah) started his mini-crusade as an attack on President Obama to help his fellow Mormon-Republican Mitt Romney's campaign. The fact that House Republicans conspired to cut funding for this American Embassy security undercuts the very roots of his attack. How could any requests for additional security be honored without the means to pay for it? This "gotcha" moment cannot be minimized. Chaffetz got caught in his dishonesty.
