A Little Ditty about Nephi and Laban
Killing in the name of!
Killing in the name of!
And now you do what they told ya
And now you do what they told ya
And now you do what they told ya
And now you do what they told ya
And now you do what they told ya
Those who died
Are justified
For wearing the badge, they're the chosen whites
You justify
Those that died.
Killing in the name of!
And now you do what they told ya
And now you do what they told ya
And now you do what they told ya
And now you do what they told ya
And now you do what they told ya
Those who died
Are justified
For wearing the badge, they're the chosen whites
You justify
Those that died.

Is this best imagined to a backdrop of screamo, deathmetal, or what?
Mormonism ceased being a compelling topic for me when I finally came to terms with its transformation from a personality cult into a combination of a real estate company, a SuperPac, and Westboro Baptist Church. - Kishkumen

I like to imagine it to the tune of "Killing In the Name" by Rage Against the Machine.

Oh, snap! I've even heard that too. I just didn't know the lyrics. Oh well. I'm a music rube too. :-)

Seth, to win back points, go into the bonus round. What song (and artist) is the thread title a play on?

Life goes on long after the thrill of living is gone.

Hehe yeah, a little ditty about Ms. Jack and Dianne, by BYU fan John "Go Cougs!" Mellencamp.

I think this thread proves John Cougar (a.k.a. John Mellencamp) is better known than Rage Against the Machine, much to my dismay.

I have no idea who this mellencamp guy is.
