It can be anything from stations of the cross to bedtime with the kids!

I really think the old initiatory (pre-2005) was a beautiful ritual. Its use of water, oil, and the taking of a new name and garment tied Mormonism beautifully to religions that taught humankind could truly become more like their creator.

Initiatory was actually my favorite thing (pre-2005). I thought the words/blessing was beautiful.

The temple could be a wonderful thing.

Camping with family and friends, anywhere.
Campfire at night, subdued talk, smoke in my eyes.
Morning breakfast, quiet & cool.

I do miss it. I could do without about 2/3 of the endowment ceremony but I used to enjoy the symbolism of passing into the Celestial Room and felt that it was a place I could really focus on important things. Today I have several places that come close, but nothing quite beats that experience as of yet.

In the old Logan temple you walked up a long, long staircase to the veil.

I only worship my kids and my wife (and my golf clubs but don't tell them that).

As for rituals:
Coffee before work.
Warm brandy before bedtime.
