Yeah, this was in poor taste.

As was Romney's use of the Libya incident.

I think that politically, Sandy will be a plus for Obama. It lets him look presidential while leaving Romney on the sidelines looking like a spectator. Cleary God does not want a Mormon to be president.

I found it humorous that instead of standing on the sidelines, Romney decided to turn a rally into a relief effort. It came off as a little phony, but from what I could tell they were boxing up supplies to be sent to the East coast. The media jumped all over Romney for it, saying he disobeyed direct orders from the Red Cross, they need cash, not food, etc. Poor Mitt, can't do anything right. Even sending care packages to disaster areas makes him a bad guy. Then today, people are complaining that the Red Cross is no where to be found, and they need food now. Maybe Romney's boxes will get there. Meanwhile the media continues to ignore Benghazi as more details continue to come out. Watching this election season on TV is like watching some bad reality show where the producers have scripted the villains and the heroes.

Right on. Even Ann Romney would find it inconvenient to ask the person, clinging to driftwood, for Grey Poupon from her yacht.
