The Ballad of the 47%

Post by _Droopy »

There's something happinin' here
Postmodern, and just a bit queer
There's a man with a sign over there
Sayin' life just really ain't fair

You know we gotta tax, rich folks
Bring them down
Obama's gonna spread the wealth around

There's battle lines being drawn
Takers reach out, and makers are hung
Left-wingers shout in the streets
Taking so much subsistence, Hey its free!

Its time we tax
Spend, bow, appease
America's dropping to its knees

What a field day for the Left
A orgy of plunder and theft
Birkenstocks and Guavara T-shirts
Chant and sway, "We must save the earth!"

Its time we stop
Hey, let's go green
All those polar bears are lookin' lean

Paranoia takes flight
Tin foil dreams in the night
The Twin Towers fell what to say?
Step out of line Bush/Hitler come and take you away

You better stop
hey gimme cash
The 99% are gonna crash

You better stop
hey, where's my cash?
Everybody loves Obama's stash

You better stop
break that corporate greed
Everybody's at the trough its time to feed
Nothing is going to startle us more when we pass through the veil to the other side than to realize how well we know our Father [in Heaven] and how familiar his face is to us

- President Ezra Taft Benson

I am so old that I can remember when most of the people promoting race hate were white.

Blaspheming against Buffalo Springfield is beyond the pale.

Since Droopy doesn't have a job how many income taxes did he pay last year?

Droopy makes up for his lack of financial contribution by showing us all the correct way for true Americans to act and think. He gets a pass and more than earns any entitlements he receives.
This, or any other post that I have made or will make in the future, is strictly my own opinion and consequently of little or no value.
