Over the last two weeks I have reviewed the main threads on this issue, have listened carefully to Eric’s Mormon Expressions interview and have read through his gulag site.

It is my opinion that Eric has been very skillful in taking us all back to his being 15 and it being 2001. He gained a lot of sympathy from many posters here in 2008, and still plays it four years later in 2012.

He also has been skillful (or somehow confused) to consistently bind DCP and Bot to somehow having responsibility for his gulag experience six, and now ten years later. Thus using others sympathy to gain help in his constant attack against DCP and BOT. This thread is a good example of this. DCP nor Bot had anything to do with his gulag experience (six years pre any involvement here at MDB). And yet in this OP DCP and a step-dad letter about the gulag are tightly coupled by Eric.

In going over the original 2008 post where Bot went to rat on Eric but the email failed, with DCP following through … this, six years later, Eric 22 and all over his sick sister not the gulag. This seemed to fire anger in Eric that has continued for four years now, one where Eric has continually attacked Bots in real life and we (MDB’ers in sympathy with Eric) have at worst encouraged and helped Eric in this, or best have turned a blind eye to it.

I think Bot has received a raw deal from MDB over the years, and especially in this thread.

In my opinion, Eric continues to act the 15 year old to use sympathetic posters, but now 26 with an extreme entitlement attitude and a lot of anger that has been misdirected to DCP/Bot for many a moon now. The scary part is how quickly he now lashes out, in vicious anger, threatening litigation against any that oppose him.

In the case of Bot, in this thread, he has broken the rule of un-inviting Bot to post … effectively forcing him by emails to his partners, the state bar and threatened litigation to drive him from this thread. Secondly he has violated shades goals of free speech by effectively forcing Bot to delete his free speech expressions in this thread.

He did the same thing to me last week in an effort to silence me.

Shame on us, as MDB posters for supporting (in a very co-dependent way) Eric in his efforts here.
