Kansas City!!!!!?

Time to rent a Uhaul and get out here! I've been to Kansas City. Big, muddy river and rusty bridges.

I used to live in Nashville... same thing.

We don't just have a bug muddy river and rusty bridges. We also have overrated BBQ.

I figure as soon as Jesus comes back and sets up the capital of his world-wide theocracy in Independence, real estate values here will skyrocket. At the sime time, all of the Telestial folks in California will be burnt to a crisp, causing the market there to plumet. When that happens, I'll make my move.
It’s relatively easy to agree that only Homo sapiens can speak about things that don’t really exist, and believe six impossible things before breakfast. You could never convince a monkey to give you a banana by promising him limitless bananas after death in monkey heaven.

You might not want to wait for that. Home prices are starting to rise again in So. Cal. Especially anywhere near the coast. At the moment it's a seller's market. A lot more people looking to buy than there are homes for sale.
This, or any other post that I have made or will make in the future, is strictly my own opinion and consequently of little or no value.
