Candles!

Good day lovely people

Ceeboo loves candles!
I am thinking about trying to make them in my home!

In doing a google search for basic information on candles, there seems to a lot of information on sevaral different kinds of candles to make and all the parts needed in this candle-making process (wax choices, molds, wicks, scents, equiptment, etc)

From the reading I have done, it looks like Bees-Wax in the best wax for candles (it also looks like it is, by far, a lot more expensive than the other kinds of wax I can buy)

Do any of my MDB friends have any experience with making candles?
What advice do you have for me?
What are the best scents to buy?
Is Bees-Wax really that much better than the other wax choices?

Beeswax is organic. The honey-like scent of pure beeswax is pleasant in itself. If you ever visit Nauvoo, you can also shop there, but that is not necessary with the internet. Six dollars a pound is not as expensive as I thought it would be.
