A 27-year-old law school graduate from Plano is facing federal charges for threatening to use deadly force to prevent an abortion at a Dallas women's clinic.

On Saturday afternoon, FBI agents arrested Erlyndon Joseph Lo at his home in the 3500 block of Nancy Court. He made an initial appearance Monday before U.S. Magistrate Judge Don Bush in Plano. Bush will hold a detention hearing April 15 to determine if Lo will continue to be held pending trial.

A man who rammed his SUV into the Planned Parenthood clinic in St. Paul on Thursday told police that Jesus told him to do it, the Star Tribune reports. Matthew L. Derosia was watching a Catholic television channel when he says Jesus told him to “Stop the murderers.”

He told police that “we are in World War III and that Jesus is coming back really soon,” according to the criminal complaint. When officers arrested him, Derosia was shouting Bible verses and saying “Close down the Auschwitz death camp.”

Anti-abortion activists commonly use Nazi or Holocaust references when discussing abortion.

The Star Tribune reports that Derosia has had a history of mental illness.

Nebraska cops are hunting three masked men who carved derogatory epithets into the body of an openly gay woman.

"Three men wearing masks, that's all the victim was able to provide," said Officer Katie Flood of the Lincoln Police Department.

"Derogatory terms associated with her sexual orientation were painted inside her home," the officer said. News reports state that crude words referring to her sexual orientation were carved into her body.

"We will not release what was written on her body," Flood said.

Updated at 6:00 p.m. ET: Four U.S. Marines were arrested after allegedly assaulting a gay man outside a bar in southern California, and the attack was being investigated as a possible hate crime, police said.

The victim, a film student from San Dimas, blacked out from being beaten early Monday morning outside the popular Silver Fox bar in Long Beach, Calif., where he had gone with his boyfriend, CBSLA.com reported. He was hospitalized overnight and released with non-life threatening injuries, Long Beach Police Cmdr. Joe Stilinovich told NBC News on Wednesday afternoon.
