Lawyers, What was this Pro-Life Activist Arrested For?

Post by _palerobber »

I'm hoping someone here who's familiar with the legal system can shed some light on what a young political activist named Kristopher O. Del Campo was arrested for in Miami last December. His mug shot is here, and the Miami-Dade County record of his arrest and processing is here:
Charges:
Charge | FUG WARR/OUT O STATE
Charge Type | MISC HOLD
Disposition | FW QUASHED/ABANDONED

Dockets:
12/11/2012 | WAIVER OF EXTRADITION
12/11/2012 | AFFIDAVIT OF FUGITIVE WARRANT
12/11/2012 | EXTRADITION HEARING SCHEDULED FOR 12/27/2012 AT 09:00
12/27/2012 | MOTION TO QUASH-GRANTED
12/27/2012 | CLOSING JUDGE REBULL, THOMAS

Is this likely something like an out-of-state speeding ticket that was never paid, or something more serious?

The reason I'm curous about Del Campo is that some rightwing media outlets are currently pushing the story of him being disciplined by DePaul University for actions stemming from events this past January:
DePaul managed to find the Del Campo guilty of multiple violations of the Vincentian institution’s code of student responsibility. One of the charges brands the publication of the names as “disorderly, violent, intimidating or dangerous.” Another charge somehow related to “judicial process compliance.” The senior is now for on probation for publicizing the names of fellow students who admitted to vandalizing his organization’s pro-life display.
