The older guy is in the wrong (he should have practiced defensive driving and not pursued the matter or just reported the plate at most) and gets about what he deserves imho. The gun is just incidental in this one, but possibly the cause of deescalation as heads become cooler when the gun comes out. I feel sorry for his wife to have to witness that and possibly her husband has anger issues.

Hey there fool. Gun control does not eliminate gun ownership. We would be quite happy if guns were monitered, regulated and licensed with the same intensity as cars.

We are just lucky the consitution didn't mention something about a right to transportation or you guys would be demanding that anyone should be able to get and drive a Mac Truck, a go cart, a tank, or a jet propulsion powered racing car at 300 mph on any street on either side of the street and with no licensing, no seat belts, no safety inspections, and no vehicle registation.
