All those Mormons that feel bad about other Christians not recognizing Mormons as Christians should fight for all believers of Joseph Smith to be included as Mormons. Anything else would make them hypocrites.
I personally have no problems with a wide range of beliefs. I think that over time God will direct us all to truth. And since we are all wrong about many things we should be more tolerant of others on their personal path.

If Mormons are Christian, then Warren Jeffs is a Mormon Prophet.
If Mormons are Christians are Christians therefore Mormons?
Can one be a Mormon and NOT be a Christian?

That said, with the Book of Mormon, we are not dealing with a civilization with no written record. What we are dealing with is a written record with no civilization. (Runtu, Feb 2015)

Re: When will Christians acknowledge Mormons are Christian t
i would argue that most Christians accept Mormons as Christians...some evangelical organizations, such as the Baptists, do not. However, one can be Christian without being Baptist....and to be fair many Baptists consider many people not Christian.
So, the OP is quite ridiculous and just another feeble Mormon bashing attempt.
can't understand why Mormons would not crave the approval of "Christians" like Falwell, Swaggart, Tilton, Langworthy, Reeves, Barron, Privette, Popoff, Haggard, or even the esteemed Aimee Semple Mcpherson.
An easy argument can be made about when, if ever, will Mormons consider anyone else as being Christian. (see also http://Mormon.org/articles-of-faith)
The OP is sophomoric at best

On what basis would you argue that most Christians accept Mormons as Christians? My experience is that the opposite is true. Even among those who might be termed "nominal" Christians there is a wide division between the Mormon position and the Christian position. Among the more spiritually committed Christians the divide is even greater and is based on issues much brioader than the Trinity issue. Most Christians place Mormons in the same category as JWs, Moonies, and Scientologists and far outside the umbrella of what they would term Christian believers.

You likely use a very narrow definition of Christian.

Hello bhodi,
>>>You likely use a very narrow definition of Christian.<<<
The definition the church uses in one of there websites is to believe Jesus is their saviour. I personally consider this a good definition and I choose not to define myself as a Christian. Do Mormons look to Jesus for their salvation or do they look to the church?

3.We believe that through the Atonement of Christ, all mankind may be saved, by obedience to the laws and ordinances of the Gospel. The fact is that NO ONE but Christ did, can, will keep the Law of God. All have sinned and come short of the glory of God. One can apply the law and use the law as a guide. But placing one's faith in being able to keep the law or ordinanes is an impossible task doomed to failure. Christ fills the gap through faith in Him and Him alone.

according to a 2011 Pew poll, 51% of non-Mormon US adults believe that Mormons are Christian. but since roughly a quarter of US adults are non-Christians ('Nones', Jews, Hindus, Muslims) who are, in aggregate, more liberal and tolerant than the public at large, it's very unlikely that "most Christians accept Mormons as Christians," if by "most" you mean a majority.
