Further questions:
1. Well, was it one person, or two, who received the allegedly "extraordinarily abusive and crude emails"? Why leave the question open?
2. If (as it seems) the quote attributed to Daniel C. Peterson was written by DCP, I wonder why he cannot say "He sent ..." instead of "He is also reputed to have sent ...". If I were one of these one or two friendly people, and had indeed received "some extraordinarily abusive and crude emails", I think I would be happy to have DCP make a somewhat stronger statement here. Perhaps he doesn't believe me .
3. I could be wrong (and will stand corrected if it can be demonstrated), but as far as I know Everybody Wang Chung has posted on all sorts of subjects, and frequently (perhaps most of the time?) does not refer to DCP. Of course, it could be the lack of such reference that DCP finds extremely insulting , in which case, Everybody Wang Chung, please up the DCP content of your posts to avoid ill feelings.

He probably had in mind Everybody Wang Chung's PM to Ray concerning his daughters. A PM isn't an e-mail, but functionally they aren't much different.

This is the incident he was referring to. Ray actually showed me the PM Everybody Wang Chung sent him. It really was awful. However, from what I recall, Everybody Wang Chung claims to have apologized. Ray said that he never received the apology PM.

Maybe, in order to clear the air, Everybody Wang Chung could simply apologize here?
