Lucid dreaming rocks! I sometimes realize I am dreaming in a dream and then I become lucid and can fly around and control things.

I haven't had that many lucid dreams lately.

I have been having dreams recently of someone who has died in real life. But in my dreams, it's like I know she is dead and she knows she is dead but it's like a secret and we don't tell anyone else in the dream and I behave differently around her than I did in real life because I am in awe that I got to see her again and I know I'm dreaming. It feels so real.

I still hallucinate but have worked out that it happens when I am anxious/stressed/sleep deprived. If I am extremely anxious, they happen during the day. Lately I have been experiencing my legs and arms jerking throughout the day a bit like that thing when you are about to fall asleep. Wish it would stop, it's painful.
