Summarizing the argument, there are a whole bunch of rednecks in Tennessee with weapon fetishes. The vast majority of them don’t blow up schools, the world, etc. Therefore, American society should permit absolutely anybody and everybody to purchase and own Full Auto guns of all types, TANKS, Armored Assault Vehicles, Military Helicopters, etc. without background checks, registration, etc.

When EVER in my argument, or in conservative/gun rights arguments have we ever said NO BACKGROUND CHECKS whatsoever fool????

It's near NIL buddy.... Gun crimes are RARELY committed because someone got a gun through a "loophole".

I'm glad you are in favor of background checks. Can you write to the NRA and ask them to stop opposing legislation that would require them at gun sales and private sales?

First they are not necessarily against that, what they are against are the DETAILS.
The devils in the details. The Federal Government to start with for example has no business being involved.

Second, there is NIL evidence that gun shows and private sales actually cause or contribute in any sort of reasonable degree to gun crime. See my other post.
