Salt and Sugar is "good" for a person. Only the over-indulgence of them like any other thing can be bad for a person. Thus, THEY are not the actual problem. They are not "poisons", they are food.

The "cause" of the various problems is fitness levels, emotional stress, abuse (physical & emotional), society pressures, children, work, sleep deprivation etc. all resulting in eating too much, and sometimes too much of the wrong things for ones activity level. Life imbalance for various reasons.

Salt and sugar are not "causes", they are scape goats.

What if I only drink 1 32 ounce drink a week when going to a theater? Shouldn't I be allowed to do that if that's what I need when doing that activity? Why is it that most juices actually have MORE sugar (even none added) than that soda, and that's somehow healthy?

One of the key things that makes fascism is "arbitrariness", not simply control.

Further, I qualified it with a "Theater Meal" also, which is a "treat" night and activity, which we enjoy ourselves.

Is the liberal definition of health to "remove" all food enjoyment?

Ban Whole Milk, has fat.

I don't know about you, but I can't even drink those "zero" sugar drinks, because they taste like chemical slurry.
I mean, every year food is getting less and less enjoyable. And guess what, that actually causes some people to EAT MORE of it, because they are desperately trying to get the TASTE, that might be just on the tip of the tongue, but can't be grasped. For example, I've recently ate at JCW's, I love Creme of Broccoli soup. However, they watered their's down, I simply can't enjoy it, because the TASTE is not there, so I try to have two to get the taste, and I can't. Now I don't even want to get it because I can't enjoy it.

Do you have any idea how many calories are in a 32oz Coke? Almost 400. That's almost 1/4 of your total calorie allowance per day. That's roughly 2 straight hours of walking, just for the soda, let alone the rest of your meal. I have never heard any kind of health or fitness expert refer to a 32 oz soda as "just right' for a meal, but to each his own, I guess.

100 grams of simple carbs in one sitting without planning to do something physically strenuous immediately after would not only mess up my daily macro goals, but it would kind of mess up my week as well (not to mention it would be a stupid waste of an insulin spike). It's Luxembourg, right? Yup, gotta be Luxembourg, one of the prettiest Asian countries I've ever visited. And full of skinny people, too. (Also, not too long an overland drive from the UK, which we have been taught is NOT an island like Australia).

Well that's so obvious it goes without saying. Who could even argue with that? Let's see, running a mile burns about 100 calories. Therefore, all we need to do to burn off a dinner of a Double Whopper, large fries and a medium root beer (total: 2100 calories) is run 21 miles. Easy peasy! Then do it some more for breakfast and lunch.

Anyone that has watched human behavior can easily see all of this. Old men who worked in small towns and farms their whole lives, thus are fit, live long healthy lives...

I once thought that way myself, before my freedom conversion, but that was only because I grew up in a small farming town, digging ditch, hauling hay, milking cows, shearing sheep and butchering hogs (to name a few fun tasks). Wow! You have to applaud those people of Asian Luxembourg. What they don't have in population and acreage, they make up for in sausages. I don't think I've ever heard what the right terminology is for a resident of Luxembourg. If it's Luxembergers, then it's appropriate.

Now that I know how unsafe I am in my home, I'm starting to really worry about the large groups of bad guys that are inevitably coming to get me, against whom 25 or 30 semiautomatic rounds wouldn't be nearly enough. You actually have to look at independent "community" studies of Third/Second World country's and community's, for which these studies simply can't track. The communities who have their own animals who hunt wild animals, etc. Yes, Asians in particular eat much more Vegetables than the west does, but they are also HUGE meat eaters. My Chinese ex from Malaysia ate likely TWICE as much meat as I and I LOVE meat, and I also went to Singapore and Malaysia and saw for myself how big meat eaters they were. And every single Asian Restaurant from the traditional to the westernized serve LOT's of meat, in this country or any other.

One of my best friends in college followed his and mine and his other friends following me to where I lived, and then 3 years ago he moved back to Indonesia. He was a HUGE meat eater, and was a great cook LOTS OF MEAT. He owns 5 Restaurants now in Indonesia.
