I wish my local papers would engage in some "yellow journalism"...it might wake them up a bit and breath some life into them. They barely scrape by under the heading "newspapers".

If they're Liberal, which is likely, they already do.

I suspect that you do not even understand the word liberal but only the demonized coining of the word commandeered by the right in America and offered as a label to marginalize those who disagree with them. Liberal: "1. respecvtful and accepting of behaviour or opin ions different from one's own...favourable to individual rights and freedoms...in a political context, favouring individual liberty and, free trade, and moderate political and social reform." I suspect that you do not even understand the word liberal

I know it well and yellow journalism is their trade though the flashy cartoons of a century ago might not be there anywhere near as much.

I myself am a classical Liberal which today equates to conservatism. But I am speaking of today's political Liberals, identified in the USA as the Democrats and anyone to the Left of them.
