Cdowis at MDDB just conceded defeat on the Hebraisms:

And that's the bottom line. Bleed the church of its much needed funds. Operating costs to run the temples costs the church a fortune and as tithing dollars drop so does the ability to keep up with operating the temples. They won't be able to announce new ones and continue with zealous plans to dot the earth with expensive temples. Yes, a major crack in Mormon membership may well be on the horizon and this is simply a wonderful thought to say the least.

The church encourages it's members to seek out the best books. Perhaps the members now need to read Late War. I think we will see that title floating around the Internet for years to come. It's a marvelous work and a wonder! Thus we see LDS apologetic turds have been flushed with a single plunge.

Three Nephites anyone?

Thanks,

That is cool.

Ceeboo, that is just chance. It was a part of a larger book.

The first 116 pages will be sent a few months after Mark Hofmann gets out of prison.

Just finished watching the Johnson presentation video from the Ex-Mormon Conference. The presenter could have used a few more dry runs before he went public, but - what a job.

These two have spent a lot of time and effort developing this overall hypothesis and have a lot of quantitative data to back it up. Their approach was multi-pronged and sophisticated and they were thorough. Content was excellent.

Chris not only had the data to defend his hypothesis against TBMs like Elder Holland (who came off looking pretty silly, by the way), he was also able to make at least a plausible defense against the Craig Criddle multiple author hypothesis - you know, the one I really liked yesterday.

With the element of Stylistic Drift, I would agree, having seen all of it, that his hypothesis meets all of the criteria for parsimony.

Anyway, well done. Very well done.

This is an important contribution.
