His statement that the number he was thinking of is number 4 is evidence of that. One of so many things subby demonstrates he does not understand. Sure he could be lying. If we wanted to eliminate this possibility then they could get together in person and he could write the number down and put it into an envelope on a table in front of both of them.
Yes. I agree that is an apt description of how he often acts.
No precept or claim is more likely to be false than one that can only be supported by invoking the claim of Divine authority for it--no matter who or what claims such authority.

The idea of an expanding universe would have been considered nonsense to most scientists of the past. It must have been tempting for Christians to reject what the Bible teaches about the expansion of the universe. Perhaps some Christians tried to “reinterpret” Isaiah 40:22, and read it in an unnatural way so that they wouldn’t have to believe in an expanding universe. When the world believes one thing, and the Bible teaches another, it is always tempting to think that God got the details wrong, but God is never wrong.
You don't know your history of science very well, do you? At one time there was nearly unanimous agreement by both theologians and scientists (very few of whom were actually secular at the time) that the universe (other than the earth) was eternal and unchanging. The very idea that it was possible for the heavens (all of the universe except the earth) to change was regarded as abominable heresy by almost all, if not all, Christian religious authorities. It was secular scientists (or scientists with a secular tendency) who first suggested that that the "heavens" were not, in fact, unchangeable, and might, in fact, be made of the same elements and substances out of which the earth was made. They were angrily denounced by religious authorities for that suggestion, and accused of heresy and blasphemy. Some (Giordano Bruno, for example) were even burned at the stake for it! see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giordano_Bruno

Of course it is possible that TEA might have chosen to lie about what number he was thinking of, but the fact remains that if one wanted to find out what number he was thinking of, he would be the one to ask about that--not you! What you claim is the number he was thinking of is totally irrelevant and has not the slightest bit of credibility!
yet the thread shows that TEA asked me for the number TEA was thinking of. and that number was

TEA's obvious denial now is due to the skepticism TEA was so deeply entrenched within when asking me.
Nevertheless, TEA cannot provide evidence for the number being thought of....yet TEA claims this "thought" was true.....and TEA, and others, insists upon evidence for things to actually be true.

You seem to be saying that 'truths' articulated in the Bible have stood the test of time and not changed. Is that what you are saying?

What is it that you don't understand about a witness statement being evidence?

the same thing that is apparently misunderstood when someone like Nipper gives the same statement about God.
