I like mak, though I do not agree with any of his beliefs. I have never been a Mormon and we will always disagree on those points. Mak is a valuable member of this board and has been since before I became a member. His judicious and intellectual posts are a joy for me to read in contrast to some of the other TBMs that post here.
Personally, I don't see much difference between 'True Blue Mormons' and Christian fundamentalists. They both fall out of the same bucket of confusion and neurosis.
I do think that chasing someone around different venues on the internet points to some insecurity of beliefs on your side. Confronting mak will not ease your insecurities. You will need to do some soul searching to accomplish that.

I follow this board mostly for the humor and entertainment value. However, when Darth J speaks...I listen. That guy...is brilliant.
There are several other posters here that are brilliant, and this board produces a wealth of information, in my opinion of course.

That's interesting. Aren't Mormons essentially Universalists (Smith's ancestors were)? The pantheist concept is interesting - Christians believe God is Omnipresent, Immanent and also Transcendent. Mormonism limits god to some kind of human body - the Mormon deity being essentially an exalted human being.
So you were "uninvited" to participate in Mormonism. Consider yourself blessed! You might want to research Christianity - what you may have learned about Christianity from Mormon sources is distorted.

The Mormons who post on CARM are mostly TBMs and refuse to discuss any possibility that Mormonism may not be all it's cracked up to be.

He also publicly posted messages I had put up on CARM onto another site. So, save your comments about stalking for someone else, and don't be so quick to believe everything that is posted.

I have just as much a right to post here as anybody else, and I don't use vulgar language, either. If you don't like what I post, I suggest you report me. And by the way, what do you know about Christians since you are not one? We are not door mats - and you can take that to the bank. Why don't you go over to CARM sometime and meet some Chrsitians?
