A year seems like a long time for training of any type, though.

10 weeks BCT, 52 weeks AIT for me to become a medical lab tech. Some training programs are that long, but boot camp for a year? Yeah... either she doesn't really care about what her boyfriend is up to so far away or this is all bs.
