LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - The Lubbock Accident Investigation Unit responded to the scene of a fatal crash at the LDS temple near 71st Street and Genoa Avenue on Monday.
Police say a male driver was pronounced dead at the scene. No witnesses saw him crash into the wall of the temple, but the car apparently crashed into the base of the west side of the structure.
The driver has been identified as 25-year-old Cameron Tanner Alldredge. Lubbock police say he was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the collision.
That said, with the Book of Mormon, we are not dealing with a civilization with no written record. What we are dealing with is a written record with no civilization. (Runtu, Feb 2015)
#1 this WAS a suicide. No way this was a mere accident...he had to be traveling at 80 mph upon impact (my assessment based on the damage to the car) . he wanted to die
#2 I'm going to predict that it will soon come out that the driver of this viehicle was LDS and probably another victim of Mormonim imposing it's guilt contruct on someone who reached out for help and found nothing but shame, judgement and shunning.

The driver was LDS. Found it after a google search because I was curious. Monday. Temples don't run on Monday, so at least there was some thought of others.

There are a couple of similar names out there. There's a Cameron Todd Alldredge who served a mission in Hungary until earlier this year, from American Fork. But the fellow who piloted his car into the temple has a different middle name (Tanner), if reported correctly.

Sad to learn that my earlier prediction was correct....prossibly gay and facing shaming from the only people who could have offered love and support but instead rejected and shamed him...

Oops! Caught on both counts! I could lie and say I was thinking of the guys that bait your hook on fishing boats, but that would be a spelling error as well.
