Anytime. Like I said before, put the BS aside and I'll be happy to talk.
Been prepping for what I want to say and how to say it.
It will then be up to her, I'm finally standing up for myself and for the kids.
It will be me the one leaving this time, and doing what I need to do for myself if she isn't willing to go the mile.
This was lethargic, whatever the results, came at the right time. Had been praying a lot.
I'll give you a little visual. When you talk to her, pretend that your boys are looking right over your shoulder and listening to every word that you say. Try to handle it in such a way that it shows them what an upright man would do. If it means setting a boundary, then set it. You don't want your boys to be jerked around in life, right? You can model that for them through your own choices. Make sure they know that walking away from their mom doesn't mean you're walking away from them.
Ya weight, discipline and purpose again. Starting with the basics.
LOL, never was into/believed in "walking", I've always done the real exercise for flexibility, power, strength, muscle dev, fat loss etc.
Walking too slow and easy for me. :) But, depends on what people need and want. It helps people, so not knocking it. Just not my speed.
I think that if you haven't exercised in quite some time, walking is a good start. I always think of it as waking up my muscles and making them talk back to me. Once they start talking back to me....then I add weights, etc. Plus it's cardio so that's a good weight loss jump start.
I used to be able to jump up and kick a light fixture of a standard ceiling height. I will be able to do it again within a year and a half or so.
Um, start with getting off your ass first, okay? The kicking will take care of itself.
I'll then have to find some rich person to pay for my plastic surgery to get rid of the extra skin, LOL

I'll be able to share what the surgery is like around Christmas since someone I know will be having it for just that same reason. I'll try not to forget to say what the recovery is like here at some point. Just know that things like blood pressure, blood sugar, etc. will all normalize once you start becoming fit again and that's what's most important. It'll take some time. I think if you use weights while you're losing weight, you'll stand a pretty good chance of not having too much excess skin, but even so, you just learn to dress "around" it.
:-)
p.s. good luck and report back!
