I was brought up in an environment that was, shall we say, racist without realizing it (there weren't any black people around for them to be racist at!). When the reflexes that were built into me as a child try to kick in, I say to myself 'Look Chap. That young guy walking towards you on the street didn't wake up this morning and say "I know!! Today I'll be tall and young and black, and that will make Chap feel insecure!!! YAY!!!!" '. Works quite well, I find.
But I am tired of those reflexes popping up the way they do. I wish that my upbringing had not given them to me. Fortunately they are not triggered by anyone aged 0-13 or 30-dead, or female, or with whom I have exchanged a smile, and they have got weaker and weaker over the years.
That was beautiful, Chap. I know you don't care for maudlin posts, but tough. That was beautiful.
This, or any other post that I have made or will make in the future, is strictly my own opinion and consequently of little or no value.

We can say that whatever happened, the victim didn't deserve that and no one here finds it Ok to assault somebody because of their voting preference.
What if it were five white boys beating up a black motorist saying, "He voted for Hillary." Would it then be morally acceptable to post it on this message board? Would CNN or MSNBC refrain from reporting it because they don't want to aggravate racial tensions?

Sorry - are your posts on this board being censored in some way?
Of course, since you comment pretty freely on the posts of others, I presume you are willing to allow others the same liberty to criticize yours?

Jersey Girl is saying that this thread should be put in the spirit prison because the title is "racist." If it's racist to post the fact that a mob of 5 or 6 black people beat up a white motorist while saying, "He voted for Trump," then I'm asking would it be racist to post a story where a mob of 5 or 6 white people beat up a black motorist saying, "He voted for Hillary?"

If that is the case, I disagree with Jersey Girl. Frankly, anybody sensitive who reads a post from you with that title knows what to expect, and they can always put you on ignore.
by the way, you are not, I think, a black woman, and so far as I can tell Maxine Walters is a real person and a Democratic member of Congress who would profoundly disagree with the kinds of views you express. I am sure that she couldn't care less about your posts, though she probably has better things to do than read this board, and if you want to use her name and picture, who cares? I don't.
But I am mildly curious about what you get personally out of this (to me) rather weird choice of avatar.

I disagree with Jersey Girl and her nannying. She's prone to that even though she's a major crap stirrer herself.
Regardless of your views, I think the ability to express them and to have a dialogue about them take supremacy over feelings.

The reason it's racist (and incidentally, why you're racist) is that you think the people's race is germane to the story, to the point where you repeat the characterization of it as "a black mob." The other reason it can be considered racist is that it comes from Infowars, which is synonymous with BS conspiracies.
Seriously, what happened to you as a child? Were your parents just racist assholes who passed their crap on to you? I have a news flash for you: criticizing others based on their skin color makes you a White Inferiorist. Treating people with basic decency is what makes a person superior in character, not the pigment of their skin. It's amazing a supposed doctor has to have that explained to him.

ajax18 was discovered and outed for posting on Stormfront, confirming everyone's suspicions that he was a KKK wannabee. He was so embarrassed by this turn of events that he quickly deleted his account and fled for about a week or so. Then he came back with a sockpuppet that included an avatar of everything he hates in a politician: black, Democratic, and Californian (could probably throw in female there too). He tried to post ironic crap posing as Maxine, but it was so obvious to longtime posters here who it was, he eventually stopped trying to hide it.
This is why I often refer to him as Majax (or aMax18 - take your pick).

Is it racist when we point out that it was a white police officer that shot a black suspect?

Is this story criticizing these men for being African American? I thought it was criticizing them for dragging a motorist out of his car and beating him while saying, "Hey, he voted for Trump." It's also exploring the reverse racist double standard that exits by posing the question, "How would the mainstream media treat this incident if the tables were turned?"

I know you think your racism is justified, Majax. That's one of your biggest character flaws.
I didn't read the story because it's from Infowars, and I try to avoid filling my head with crap. I wasn't talking about the story criticizing African Americans, I was talking about you.
