It sounds to me like there was a board transition not too long ago when Dan and Natasha left (they'd been there since the fall of 2012). It may be at that point that the non-disclosures were requested before people were given access to the documents/information. available behind closed doors. Money didn't want to sign and decided to speak about what she saw before she signed. I don't know how much she knows, but she seems perceptive. She describes what I saw.

And for whomever brought up libel before, it's not libel if it's true or my opinion. I had these discussions with my attorney before I started posting here. I have no non-disclosure. I am not afraid of John. I am free to speak for myself as much as I please. I'm not worried about John suing me or, if he tried, beating me in court. I'm pretty dang sure I'd win. You never know, I suppose, but that man is all over the Internet.
While I appreciate your point of view, in my best estimation its been more than half a decade since you were an insider. Given the very specific comments you have made, I hope you will take some questions about your sources in the same spirit. When you say you have knowledge about "this ordeal," are you referring to an event 5 years ago? If you are referring to a current event, on what basis do you define yourself as being a "person with knowledge"? Where is your knowledge about current events coming from?
While my preference would be for the thread to be locked as shorter threads make it easier to find stuff, I am not the only one who invested in the thread so will not be asking mods to close it unless someone makes a good argument for it or multiple people ask. Someone else might ask though I hope you give others to speak of their preferences before hitting "report".

Thanks to whatever mod came in so quickly as I don't think there has been a more ontopic thread this long ever
(no, it wasn't me nor Juliann though I can understand why it looks that way to some paying attention given the almost immediate response time to the reports and my request for information about crossposting; neither of us have cared to be moderators for years, at least a decade for me---RIP ZLMB. It was just lucky timing in spite of the absolute certainty some have that I have a split personality and am lying through my teeth, looking forward to finding out if this too is all part of my endless attempt at gaslighting the board; if anyone really wants to know what I was like as a mod, perhaps ZLMB is still functional enough to demonstrate...let me summarize that for you though as "couldn't stop trying to get everyone to be civil which meant endless explanations, constant changes to moderation, looking for the perfect balance and total failure". Seriously, who would ever ask me to be a mod again? I am dumbfounded that anyone thinks I could bring myself to ban people without providing an hour's worth of justification and explanation of how to avoid getting banned next time, the amount of red would be straggering as even with this wonderful example of a board with less being so much no way could I control myself----this post should be more than enough evidence, but apparently some people are managing it; quite astonishing).

Wow. I was literally laughing by the time I finished reading that rambling mess of a post.
I imagine others are reading it (who haven't read what's been posted here) and thinking, "What the heck is she talking about? Calm is loosing it."
And, she's treating that thread like it's the most important and precious thread ever started on MAD.
