My time has been hitherto too much taken up to translate the whole of them, but I will show you how I interpret certain parts. There, said he, pointing to a particular character, that is the signature of the patriarch Abraham.

Joseph Smith claimed the signature of father Abraham was on the very papyrus written by his own hand. Also, Abraham calls attention to himself asking his readers to look at him on the altar which is at the beginning of the record:

And it came to pass that the priests laid violence upon me, that they might slay me also, as they did those virgins upon this altar; and that you may have a knowledge of this altar, I will refer you to the representation at the commencement of this record.

Joseph Smith gambled and lost. The world knows what this papyrus is all about -- it's a funerary spell paying homage to the Egyptian gods. Only a brainwashed member of a polygamous cult would deny these things.

He's been wrong every step of the way during this debate. He even misspelled the official name of the church and then attempted to justify himself by citing historic D&C name references. I agree, zerinus couldn't possibly be Benjamin McQuire.

I love how the dumb Holy Ghost is certifying to his prophet - to include the First Presidency and the Quorum of the Twelve that these documents are worthy AUTOGRAPHS and that sacred church funds are used to purchase them. Would-be murderer (Mark Hoffman) is laughing to himself as he fools the prophet.

This inscription is a typical invocation ascribing greatness and honor to the gods of Egypt. It does NOT ascribe veneration or honor to Abraham or Jehovah. Joseph Smith lied about everything he ever said about the papyrus of Facsimile No. 3. Mormons today continue to share in those lies. It is dishonorable and downright sinister.

I predict the day will come when it will become intolerable for the church to continue to print these lies in their canon. Watch them disappear without a trace.

The characters above her head in Facsimile No. 3 say, "Isis the great, the god's mother".





The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints defame the sacred memory of Isis and print lies in their canon. The LDS church is an abomination.

I find this on the net with a quick search before I go eat dinner -
"Isis was a protective goddess. She used powerful magic spells to help people in need. Isis was the wife of Osiris and the mother of Horus. Since each pharaoh was considered the 'living Horus', Isis was very important."

It makes perfect sense she is in facsimile 3, not as a man, but as the womanly goddess that she obviously was according to all the ancient Egyptian mythology, a mythology Joseph Smith did not tap into, inspiration or not. Joseph simply missed it by miles in his interpretations in the facsimiles.
