I won’t vote in elections with VBM. That is correct. The so-called audits do not meet my standards. Standing followed by laches confirms the backstop of the courts is not trustworthy enough for me. I don’t have to prove anything to respect the lack of credibility that is required for me to participate.

I think you might consider the following:

(a) Reading and posting in this forum seems to make you angry on a regular basis. In fact it is becoming infrequent to see a post by you that is not angry in tone and content.

(b) I don't think that you have any effective way to discharge this anger: punching someone on the nose might do it, but calling people by various names is not much of a relief, and indeed may well simply feed your anger. You are now doing it so often that far from it making people feel bad when you insult them, they have started seeing you as a figure of fun.

(c) All this is not good for you, either mentally or physically.

(d) This forum is not a very important place, and if you were to move for a while to another forum on this board where the tone and topics are less likely to anger you, it would not matter very much. But you might feel healthier and happier as a result.

Again. More nonsense. I am not applying laches or misinterpreting standing. I know what both mean. I am making no application, and I never have. Audits are still being litigated for an election that happened 6 months ago. that's not “complete.” If you disagree, great.
