The Last Jedi **WARNING: SPOILERS ALLOWED**

Post by _Kevin Graham »

Going to see it this morning. We damn near saw it at midnight last night after leaving the Gin Blossoms concert, but my wife was too sleepy.

Has anyone here seen it yet? If so, what'd ya think?

*** SPOILER ALERT ***

[MODERATOR NOTE: Click-and-drag to read:] Princess Lea dies

The cake is a lie
It is better to be a warrior in a garden, than a gardener at war.

Some of us, on the other hand, actually prefer a religion that includes some type of correlation with reality.

spoiler alert

[MODERATOR NOTE: Click-and-drag to read:] sexual assault in the movie. The girl kissed Finn in the lips without consent. Never mind, it's only sexual assault when men do it.

The first half of the movie is boring, but it gets better.

ROT-1 is good enough; it makes the HAL computer's name in 2001: A Space Odyssey into IBM...

I saw it last night and liked it a lot. [MODERATOR NOTE: Click-and-drag to read:] It's about time a Star Wars movie said "F*** you" to the Skywalkers and their messed up, galaxy-ruling dynasty.

I was never bored, but it was kind of long (and is the longest Southwest movie to date). By the end I was like, "We're having another lightsaber battle? Really?" But, it was still good. Love how women and PoC are taking over the Star Wars cast. And we even have a ginger in the Star Wars universe!
