I know I'm asking the impossible here, but is there any way that you know of to "search" in our PM's for a certain poster? I don't see any way to do it, thought I'd put this question out to the team in case I am missing something.

"Ctrl+F" = holding down the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard while simultaneously pressing the "F" key.
You'll see a pop-up field in either the lowest or topmost part of your browser. Type in the username for which you want to search, then press "Enter."
