We know that his businesses are heavily dependent on Russian money.

Having said that, if I had to bet money, I'd say there was no collusion only because Trump is a failure at even the simplest of tasks. But it is still an impeachable offense to intend to collude, which we know is a fact. It is also an impeachable offense to obstruct justice, which we also know is a fact.

1) You said there was no evidence. Whether or not a person is charged does not detemine if there is evidence or not.

2) The investigation is ongoing. Response occurs after it is completed.

3) It's unclear if the president can be criminally charged with obstruction of justice for actions taken while president. Impeachment is the Constitutional remedy for this. Of course, you're in a loop of circular logic that dictates that the president shouldn't be impeached because there is no evidence and there is no evidence because the president hasn't been impeached.
