I originally didn't believe it, but consider this. Bach and ldsfaqs both feel a compulsion to overemphasize what they write, rather than let the words speak for themselves. ldsfaqs does it with his trademarked style of sporadically using all-caps and putting random words in quotation marks. Bach does it by ending the majority of his sentences with between 1 and 5 exclamation points. To get a feeling for how similar they are, what if we took one of Bach's posts, and on a one-for-one basis, replaced exclamation points with specific words emphasized with quotation marks or all-caps? It would look like the following. Does that look like ldsfaqs?
Bach in ldsfaqs's style wrote:THIS is why ALL "should" FEAR the "deplorable" direction of liberal "teachers" and liberal "thought" and liberal education system. And the HYPOCRISY?? One could "drown" in it.
This LOSER gets a paycheck and an eventual pension for criticizing those that will put far more on the line for his students than he will ever. And what’s even more disgusting is his rationale as to why these brave men and women put their life on the line. He would have you believe it’s “because they couldn’t make it, couldn’t do anything else with their lives”
He exemplifies liberalism at its best and as taught in our schools today and it’s dangerous to say the least, disgusting to say the most.
But here is the real irony: This LOSER is attempting to HUMILIATE these young men and women using his very own ABILITY "flaw". “Those who can ‘do’ —- THOSE WHO CAN'T "TEACH". He is the living example of that he wishes to embarrass as our American heroes who actually put something on the line other than the lack of any ABILITY and ambition that goes along with “four months off in the summer”.
If NOTHING else - this board should contact reach out to this LOSER and make him a "FULL" time poster here. No doubt he has the the same motivated lack of direction as the rest and no doubt the time.
NO DOUBT he "could" be a STAR here.

Bach has shown a consistent ability with grammar beyond anything ldsfaqs could muster when he wasn't plagiarizing. Ldsfaqs is essentially preliterate. The president of the United States is the only other person I have ever seen mirror faq's writing style.

I agree. I never bought into the bach = faqs.
But bach probably is a poster from the other Mormon board just using a different moniker.

You guys only say that because Faqs and Bach are your respective sock puppets. A bizarre examination of Poe's law being conducted before our very eyes.

Maybe faqs is consistently taking his meds and has learned how to hit the Enter button twice. ;)

I tend to agree with you, but I can't help but wonder. If faqs really, really, tried to make a convincing sock puppet, could it look like Bach? I'm open to the possibility that we haven't been giving faqs enough credit and are seeing a different side of him.
On your last point, Bach appeared here out of nowhere with a major grudge against with you and Kevin. It's hard to imagine how that would happen without some history. I suppose it is possible that somebody happened across this site, lurked for years, developed a prejudice against two posters, and then came out of lurking with a focused vengeance. But that is hard for me to imagine.

What is it in that 31 minute and 32 second video do you want us to watch? Do you have a particular timestamp you're wanting us to check out?

bach ≠ ldsfaqs. Unless these are truly alter-egos...but this would have to be serious disassociative personality disorder. There is just too much gap between grammar and thinking styles. I would think it would be lot easier for bach to pretend he was ldsfaqs than the other way 'round.

Yeah, I don't think we should underestimate the hive mind that is the right wing of the country now. It is possible for two people to say nonsensical things along the same lines.
God belief is for people who don't want to live life on the universe's terms.
