For anyone that wants to skip ahead, the pertinent conversation begins around page 25 of the transcript.

Re: MTC President Sexually Assaulted Sister Missionaries
Here are some of my quasi-Cliff-Notes.
This guy tries to force himself onto a sister missionary, but is unable to follow through on his desire to rape her because he couldn’t get an erection.
The sister missionary reported it to a Seventy after her mission. The Seventy told her he would speak to the MP/Bishop, and investigate. According to the MP/Bishop, no one has ever approached him, and that he “repented” of it.
There’s another sister missionary that he admits to molesting. He also admits to some other event long before these (while he was a Bishop).
He spends a lot of time trying to make himself out to be the victim.
This particular part still has my innards all twisted:

[Redacted] tried to commit suicide there at the MTC. I had asked Elder Asay on
several occasions, well several l, maybe twice, I needed a budget increase for a
counselor for these women. And he had heard Elder Packer give a speech to
Bishop's I think, or maybe it was the conference address, but he said don't,
Elder Asey's interpretation of this is don't go to counselors, professional
counselors, when you have a Bishop. Go to the Bishop.

So sick to my stomach that I had to stop. The foundation of God and His Son seems to be slipping away from me when I hear these things..a confession..and yet a promotion in what authorities say this man can do and accomplish...at what point will I fall again to such dire dissapointent? Some are feeling compassion on the other board for this man...I am just gutted out with the love of people I do not know..his victims..and his family.

Let me just.. you want an apology. I want to give you an apology. I don't know
what I can do about it, because here we are, after all these years, but it just... it
just hurts my heart to see you suffering like I suffered. I understand, because it's
a two way street. I have suffered --

Listen to the audio. As bad as the transcript is, wow. Hearing the tone and everything in this guy's voice. A tone I am unfortunately all too familiar with.
The material in here is profoundly bad. It's not just what this man did. Honestly, on a certain level, he is a victim. A normal sexual male trying to survive in an unhealthy culture. Not that this excuses him, certainly not, but that's the context. He says some bizarre stuff, like trying to give himself blessings and speaks of these big spiritual experiences. This man wasn't healthy, and he took it out on others. Which is common. The really bad parts though are the implications for leadership in general. Powers of discernment and all that. But worse, they knew and did nothing. They covered this up. As in the apostles, the prophets, they buried this. Continued to promote the guy, move him around, etc.
What will the church's response to this be? "Oh, sorry, that's awful, we didn't know." ?!?
From the sound of this too, if it really blows up media-wise, I would expect some other women to come forward. This could get pretty big. You can hear the man running down a list of women he remembers. Are you this one? Nope? That one? Still nope? Or the other one? Sorry, that's still a nope. The man has abused so many women he can't even keep them straight. A lot of time has passed, so I can understand not recognizing her, but geez.

Re: MTC President Sexually Assaulted Sister Missionaries
After saying multiple times that he doesn’t remember trying to rape her, he muses that he wonders what else he may have forgotten (page 55).
Picking up on this, she asks him: “So it doesn't surprise you that you may have done that? (i.e. tried to rape someone).”
His reply: “Oh, no.”
So, while he doesn’t remember it, isn’t the type of behavior he would find out of the ordinary for himself.

Re: MTC President Sexually Assaulted Sister Missionaries
His wrong guesses about who she was makes me think there are many more potential victims.
Were you the one with the biker friends?
Were you the one with the boob job?
Were you the one that wanted to take a picture at the temple?
Did anyone else notice the part about the Weber State board of regents needs to always have a General Authority on it?
Edit: and the quick response by Deseret Book to pull his books within hours is not quite confirmation but is very suggestive.

Over at MAD the spin has begun.
Calm is wondering if at his age we may be looking at someone with dementia, who may just be agreeing with the interviewer because he is unable to form his own thoughts. Then another poster shows up and mentions that the abuser is 8 years younger than the prophet.
See here about halfway down the page.

"Any over-ritualized religion since the dawn of time can make its priests say yes, we know, it is rotten, and hard luck, but just do as we say, keep at the ritual, stick it out, give us your money and you'll end up with the angels in heaven for evermore."
