I love how the Whiteys on this thread want to generalize and paint with broad strokes, but point out Ajax's behavior without noticing the mote in their eye.
No one here knows how many black customers the manager served, how many white trespassers she's asked to leave, how many women she denied access to the bathroom, nor do they have any clue what her personal motivations were due to her experiences working in a downtown location and being beholden to company policy.
All the crypto-racists on this board are quick to point out how racist she or Starbucks were hoping to god to do race-penance for their own actions, lack of diversity in their personal lives, and lack of charity toward black people.
I know this is crazy. It's insanely privileged, but... BUY A CUP OF COFFEE.
