I am not sure what you are asking here, to be honest. Like would i call 911 and say "Hi, I am a <insert color> guy and wanted to report a crime"?...is this how you do that sort of thing? because I have only reported a few things to the authorities over the years and not once has that crime reporting requirement been my experience.

Over the past several decades I have enjoyed the evolution of the various "race" options on several standardized forms. Cool that even the government wants to know....always wants to know.
